Duties & Responsibilities
Product Verification Engineering - Analog/RF/Microwave Products Group
- Develop detailed product test strategies, methods, and plans to ensure new products meet their functional and performance requirements.
- Design, debug, and release product verification software and programs used by Teradyne and our Customers.
- Design, proto-type, debug, and release of high performance analog, RF, and microwave test fixtures and PCBAs used to support automated performance verification testing.
- As part of development team, integrate and work with all areas of product development to characterize, analyze, understand, debug, and close any gaps between new product capability and product requirements.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
- BSEE/MSEE or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Analog, RF, and/or Microwave Product Test Development, Semiconductor/IC Test Development, or Applications Test Development; Minimum 7 Years Prefered
- Demonstrated success developing automated test and verification measurements for complex Analog, RF, and/or Microwave products and/or ICs.
- Strong understanding of hardware fundamentals and design concepts as well as DSP tools and techniques. Knowledge of Modulation standards is a plus.
- Experience with SW Programming (C, C#).
- Self-starter with ability to easily integrate across engineering functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
