Duties & Responsibilities Position Summary: Service Account Manager for worldwide services. This person will help drive services programs for a very fast growing cellular and WiFi test instrument company. Areas of service include repair, extended warranties, calibration, rentals, upgrades, and professional services. Working mostly from Silicon Valley, this is a great job influence and drive service revenue wherever today’s hottest cellular and WiFi products are designed and manufactured.

Responsibilities
Help increase service revenue in China using local service teams, local sales, distributor, and developing new service products.
Service marketing and service programs, development and business analysis
Help increase service revenues in the rest of work, with some direct service sales responsibility in Europe, US and Brazil. Mostly via email, phone and coaching our direct sales team.
Help manage our worldwide service team and drive product quality
Professional Service sales, writing statements of work, business analysis on PS projects
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required 1. Technology services experience min 5 years 2. Service marketing experience min 4 years 3. Experience selling or working with technology sales 2 years 4. Business or quality analysis experience min 2 years 5. MBA is a plus, technical undergraduate degree required 6. Radio frequency, instrument, integrated circuit, and/or cellular experience a plus 7. Software development experience a plus
