Ability to succeed in a highly volatile environment that requires attention to detail while maintaining a broader scope vision to implement change.\n\nNew Product Planners must be able to work on cross-functional teams and to communicate with all levels of management. Candidates must be able to work independently. New Product Planners must be able to find creative ways to resolve problems. Recognition of when a problem must be escalated is also critical.\nBasic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required \nIndividual must have BA/BS or equivalent or experience in a materials related field. MBA is a plus. \n\nApplicant must be computer literate with a working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.\n\nExperience with Oracle, and simulation software is desired. Skills with presentation software and database tools are helpful. \n\nExcellent interpersonal and organization skills are a necessity.
